Our Book Buddies programme is loved by children, parents, schools and volunteers.
During the summer term over 40 children each completed 10 hours of reading diving into fabulous stories, fantastic facts and enjoying time in the library with a buddy. A special highlight was our trip to Waterstones where each child chose a new book to keep! A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who generously gave 350 hours of their time, we couldn’t have done it without you!
