As Every Child Our Future comes to the end of its 10th year, we are seeking a passionate and driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our charity into its next chapter.
Since our founding, ECOF has been deeply committed to improving educational opportunities and outcomes for children in Jersey. By partnering with schools, the government, parents, local businesses, and the wider community, we strive to ensure that every local child has the foundation they need to shape a bright future. The CEO role has been instrumental in our recent growth and success, elevating our influence and successfully driving change at government level through advocacy and the delivery of evidence-based programmes. We now seek a visionary leader to help us continue and expand that impact.
The Role
The new CEO will be at the forefront of our mission. You will be responsible for driving our overall strategic direction, overseeing the delivery and expansion of our educational programmes, and acting as a public champion for ECOF.
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can foster a collaborative team culture, grow our volunteer network, and ensure the long-term financial health of the charity through strong relationship building and advocacy.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced senior leader from the commercial, voluntary, or government sectors. While direct experience in the education sector is not strictly required, a deep interest in education and social policy affecting less advantaged children is essential.
The role is preferably full-time, though a degree of flexibility is available, and offers a competitive salary within the not-for-profit sector.
